About the Author (taken from her blog- a sweet spoonful):
Today I live in Seattle, WA where I cook, bake, and write about the food that excites me. This varies from day to day based on the seasons, my mood, what I’m reading, and where I’m finding inspiration. But for the most part, the recipes you’ll find on A Sweet Spoonful will feature natural/whole foods, seasonal ingredients, and whole grains. I have a … book touching on each one of those elements called Whole-Grain Mornings: New Breakfast Recipes to Span the Seasons (Ten Speed Press, Dec. 2013). I think you’re going to like it.
